Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Commercial Analytics & Reporting professional to support profitable growth through dashboards, pricing tools, and sales enablement resources. You will develop dashboards, analyze revenue, margins, and pipeline, and deliver executive reporting.

In this role you will build pricing tools, maintain proposal templates, standardize sales resources, perform pricing analysis, and support discount approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years in commercial analytics or operations.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI required.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial markets preferred.
• Continuous improvement or Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to support revenue, margins, and pipeline.
• Analyze revenue, margins, and forecasted metrics.
• Deliver executive reporting.
• Build pricing tools and pricing models.
• Maintain proposal templates and standardize sales resources.
• Perform pricing analysis and support discount approvals.
• Document workflows and identify automation opportunities.
