Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Virginia seeks an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and grow business with new and existing clients. You will cold-call, prospect, and network across hospitality, healthcare, and retail segments, delivering tailored pest control solutions while building lasting partnerships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain any industry licenses provided by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
