Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Frederick, MD is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients. You will build new business while maintaining strong relationships with hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail customers, using a structured training program to master our offerings.

You’ll conduct cold calls, prospecting, and presentations, qualify opportunities, and navigate the sales cycle from lead to close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated hunter with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest control solutions to commercial customers and maintain relationships.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions.
