Aruza Pest Control in Orlando is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Professional to drive new business with a consultative approach. You will build relationships with business owners and facility managers, tailor pest management programs, and help clients protect people, property, and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B preferred.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest management services.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized commercial pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
