Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales Team in the Southeast and seeks driven professionals to grow a profitable territory. You will act as a trusted advisor to business owners and facility managers, identifying pest risks and crafting customized prevention programs.

You will generate new business, nurture long-term relationships, and protect client operations, brand reputation, and regulatory compliance with professional pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (MVR).
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships to generate recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information in the CRM.
