Qualifications

• Sales or customer relationship development experience preferred.
• Experience is a customer facing role required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a key partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of commercial property with training provided.
• Present recommendations, address questions, and set clear expectations for pest programs.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
