Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth across diverse industries. You will learn Orkin’s pest control offerings, engage customers with compelling solutions, and build lasting relationships. Training is provided and a company vehicle is included after training.

You’ll prospect new business, meet sales goals, and leverage marketing tools to develop opportunities. A base salary plus uncapped commission supports a rewarding career with leadership potential.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required in pest control for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
