Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries, from order creation to dispatch. The role includes maintaining store vehicle readiness and leading backroom organization around the parts and delivery areas.

You will perform outbound calls, assist with upselling and cross-selling, and route drivers as needed, while building strong customer relationships and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Lead parts department organization, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Perform outbound calls, upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Support CPPs and GMs with inventory and special projects.
