Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness, while conducting account visits and flyer drops.

The role involves outbound calls, follow-ups, and building customer relationships to drive sales. Ideal candidates will have high school diploma, automotive parts experience, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts retail or dispatching preferred.
• Prior dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Lead organization around parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
