Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order to dispatch. The role includes maintaining the parts department area, stocking knowledge, and upselling to boost transaction value.

You will also assist in fleet maintenance and perform customer touchpoints and outbound follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills, with basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in automotive parts or retail is a plus.
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and dispatch coordination.
• Assist with store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups to customers.
• Lead the organization around parts department and delivery areas.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
