Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate dispatch of deliveries.

The role involves managing the store's vehicle fleet, performing safety checks, and ensuring vehicle readiness while assisting walk-in customers and upselling parts to commercial accounts. The position requires strong communication, inventory knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; MVR certification required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries from order to dispatched for delivery.
• Lead organization and maintenance in parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and up-to-date arrivals to assist sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value with commercial customers.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness.
• Perform outbound calls and basic account touchpoints; follow-ups with customers.
