Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will help maintain the store vehicle fleet, conduct inventory stocking visits, and assist with upselling to increase transaction value.

You will engage with customers, perform account touchpoints, and lead the commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; MVR certification preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Lead the organization and maintenance in and around the parts department, backroom, staging and delivery areas.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups and basic account touchpoints to drive sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends as needed.
