Advance Auto Parts seeks a professional level sales associate to support advanced functions on the commercial side, driving profitable growth through customer retention and growth. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

The position is full time, offers commission based on performance, and involves dispatching drivers, maintaining stocking programs, and building a network of suppliers while upholding Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
