Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced functions on the commercial side. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to supervise Team Members and ensure timely deliveries.

Must have automotive parts knowledge and strong selling skills. The position is full time, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, stock programs, and collaboration across sourcing from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
