Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a professional-level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. You will partner with the GM to supervise Team Members, source parts from multiple channels, and direct drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires expertise in automotive systems and parts, English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
