Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions. The role drives profitable growth through customer retention, partners with the GM on coaching, and directs drivers for timely deliveries.

Essential duties include maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and managing stocking programs while leveraging ASE knowledge and parts expertise. This is a full-time position with commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise Team Members and coordinate coaching with GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier network.
• Support with day-to-day store operations and profitability.
