Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth.

The role collaborates with the GM to guide Team Members, sources from multiple channels, and directs drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial accounts, achieving sales goals, and developing the network of suppliers while applying deep automotive knowledge and the GAS2 selling approach.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
