Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level sales position on the commercial side to support growth through customer retention and expanding accounts. The role collaborates with the GM, oversees Team Members, and directs drivers to meet delivery standards.

You'll apply automotive parts knowledge and expert selling skills to maintain relationships, manage stocking programs, and source from multiple suppliers. This full-time role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with success in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of staff.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
