Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales role focused on the commercial side, driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. You will work with the GM to lead Team Members and guide drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires deep automotive systems knowledge, strong sales skills for commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
