Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store vehicle fleet, perform safety checks, and assist in upselling parts to commercial customers.

Responsibilities include stock visits, flyer drops, and building relationships with customers. You may also assist with driving tasks and inventory management while ensuring compliance and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Experience in retail parts or automotive environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Lead the organization and maintenance in and around the parts department/backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Support onboarding and shadowing of new team members.
• Occasionally route store drivers and perform customer deliveries as needed.
