Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Commercial Specialist focused on supporting CPP-led sales and coordinating commercial deliveries. You will assist with dispatching, manage vehicle fleet readiness, and conduct stock visits to boost Pro Sales performance.

Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining inventory knowledge, and leading the department in peak times. A valid driver's license and MVR may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Prior automotive parts experience and dispatching or logistics coordination experience are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Lead the organization of parts department/backroom, staging, and delivery areas; manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops; perform outbound calls and basic account touchpoints.
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; lead commercial program when CPP absent.
