Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries. You will assist with dispatching, manage the store vessel fleet readiness, and help stock and present parts to customers.

Role involves upselling, maintaining inventory, and leading the commercial program when CPP is unavailable. Travel locally and weekends may be required, with strong emphasis on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE preferred but not required.
• Attention to safety rules and ability to read manuals and procedures.
• Experience with inventory, dispatching or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and engage walk-in customers.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Lead organization and maintenance in parts department and backroom.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Lead programs when CPP is not present; weekends may be required.
