Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, dispatch orders, and coordinate commercial deliveries. You will manage store vehicle fleet, perform stock visits, and assist in upselling and cross-selling to boost transaction value.

You will lead in the parts department areas when CPP is not present, including weekends as needed. The role requires strong communication, ability to multi-task, knowledge of inventory and service systems, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Prior auto parts or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and dispatch coordination from order creation to delivery.
• Lead organization and maintenance in the parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups and basic account touchpoints with customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends as needed.
