Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate commercial deliveries, and manage the store vehicle fleet. You will perform account visits, upsell, and act as the primary liaison for customer orders and backroom organization.

You will maintain inventory knowledge, assist with ordering, participate in weekend coverage when needed, and ensure accurate use of POS and parts lookup systems to support proactive service for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR record.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• Experience in automotive parts or retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Lead and maintain parts department, backroom, and delivery areas.
• Conduct account stocking visits and flyer drops; upsell and cross-sell to raise value.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints with customers.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, safety checks, and vehicle readiness.
• Utilize inventory and POS systems to support sales and service.
• Route store drivers and maintain MVR certification as required.
