Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-driven sales and coordinate commercial deliveries. You will manage vehicle fleets, conduct safety checks, and lead parts department organization to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires driving responsibilities, customer interaction, and basic inventory management while you upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value. A valid license and MVR agreement are required.

Qualifications

• ,High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; MVR certification may be required.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Experience with inventory systems and parts lookup software.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups for accounts.
• Lead the organization and maintenance of the parts department and delivery areas when CPP is not present.
