Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background.
• Experience in parking operations, guest services, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships: serve as main contact at each property and manage contractual obligations.
• Daily operations: scheduling, staffing, quality assurance across locations and site visits.
• Financial/administrative: track site revenue, payroll, expenses and collaborate on cost-control measures.
• Team supervision/training: recruit, coach, set performance goals and develop staff.
• Communication/reporting: provide weekly updates and performance reports to leadership.
• Travel: may require site visits and coordination with multiple accounts across locations.
