The Garage Porter role supports cleanliness, safety, and organization in parking facilities, while providing customer assistance in various weather conditions to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, with a valid driver's license and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred; helpful demeanor mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance: keep parking areas, stairwells, and elevators clean.
• Safety: follow instructions, maintain safe environment, report hazards.
• Customer assistance: handle guest situations with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Equipment and signage: ensure signs and pay stations are clean and functional.
• Incident reporting: document and report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Weather preparedness: address snow, ice, or water to maintain safe conditions.
• Other duties: attend staff meetings and complete training as required.
