Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Representative to expand pest management services across diverse industries. You’ll leverage an iconic brand, award-winning training, and a competitive compensation plan to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue.

You will conduct inspections, propose integrated pest management solutions, and collaborate with a supportive team. A company vehicle, gas card after training, and comprehensive benefits support your success.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Cold calling and territory management experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships and solve problems for commercial customers.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and leads and use marketing tools to develop new business.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and present tailored solutions to customers.
