Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team in Texas. You’ll leverage a proven service model and a strong brand to sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, building trusted relationships and driving growth.

No industry experience required, training provided. You’ll earn a base salary with uncapped commission, a company vehicle with gas card after training, and a full benefits package including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards
• Win over customers with confidence and care
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Using marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and explain solutions
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
