Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join on-site, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role focuses on registrations, contract processing, and RFI/RFP efforts while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage registrations and applications through the internal application portal and communicate with applicants to complete requirements
• Review and validate all requirements to prepare PUMI submission
• Support credit requests for new and existing cases and maintain master information tables
• Generate reports on application and contract status for regional teams and leadership
• Assist Admin team with vendor/customer master management and related tasks
• Support RFI/RFP scope development and align with internal stakeholders
• Prepare summaries of proposals submitted during RFI/RFP
• Assist with collection of internal evaluations for RFI/RFP and conclude results for approval and next steps with contract preparation

Responsibilities

• Monitor / Manage registrations and applications through the internal application portal. Communicates with all applicants on pending applications to complete company and Dacor contract requirements.
• Review and validate all requirements to prepare PUMI submission
• Support requests for credit for new and existing requests
• Update and maintain master information tables
• Reporting on application and contract status to regional support teams and leadership
• Support Admin team in additional administrative tasks related to customer/vendor master management
• Support team with preparing RFI/RFP scope document aligned with different key internal stakeholders
• Being able to put together summary of proposals submitted during RFI/RFP process
• Assisting with collection of internal evaluation related to RFI/RFP process
• Concluding RFI/RFP results for internal approval and next steps with contract preparation and signature

Requirements

• 3+ years working experience in corporate setting w/ experience in operations/project coordinating/project management & Field Service or administration
• Great communication skills; highly organized - working w/ vendors and communicate with service network as well as upper management.
• Highly flexible, quick to learn w/ ability to adapt to using various systems; Will need to deliver/communicate information from assessment throughout various platforms and team members

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor relationship, customer onboarding, Field Service or administration preferred
• Experience with RFI/RFP procurement process end to end
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand environment
• Collaboratively work with other departments. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with service network as well as upper management.
• Team player that is willing to learn and grow within the Care team.
• Strong Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills required
