Staffmark Total Talent Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Plano, TX. The role is Product Specialist and is fully on-site with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule; pay rate is $30.54 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining technical knowledge of home appliance and electronic products, developing and reviewing technical documents, and collaborating with Product Support teams to improve

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Associate or Bachelor's).
• 2-3 years' experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Home Appliance products.
• Review technical documents and upload to system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products.
• Develop, prepare and review technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up on issues found during reviewing manuals.
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality.
• Demonstrate product value to advance customer objectives.
• Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of complex products.
• Analyze industry and market knowledge to present value of solutions.
• Recommend products and configurations to assist with system design and integration.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan with other departments.
• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

• Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products

Requirements:

• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years' experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
• Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within company.
• Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

Preferred Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
