You will collaborate with Loan Administration, support process improvements, and mentor teams, with a focus on accurate reporting, auditable workflows, and delivering value across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial loan operations mandatory.
• Advanced relationship management and operational experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan operations for a defined Commercial Banking market or team.
• Manage commercial projects and coordinate with Market Directors.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and policy changes.
• Provide back‑up administrative support and assist with process improvements.
