Job summary

Van de Velde Packaging is seeking a Commercial Manager at group level to develop and govern commercial processes and analytics, reducing admin load and increasing time for customer interaction. You will support Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Finance and IT to drive standardized, high-impact ways of working.

Reporting to the CCO, you will own CRM governance, dashboards and KPI reporting, and lead continuous improvement across the commercial function to drive revenue and margin growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in a commercial, sales operations or business support role.
• Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, reporting and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on mindset and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Data Management: governance, data quality, dashboards and reporting.
• Commercial Framework & Governance: develop and maintain processes, guidelines, roles and responsibilities.
• Contract & Commercial Governance: manage terms, supply agreements, templates and best practices.
• Sales Tools & Enablement: implement and optimize sales tools and templates.
• Forecasting & Planning: support forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews.
• Analytics & Reporting: create dashboards and KPI reporting; translate data into insights.
• Stakeholder Management: align Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations and Finance.
• Continuous Improvement: simplify, standardize and automate processes to boost productivity.
