Job summary

Van de Velde Packaging Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. You will develop and maintain financial models, generate insightful reports, and enable management with data-driven decision making across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance areas, strong Excel and BI skills, and the ability to translate data into business insights.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum 5 years in FP&A, Controlling or similar.
Strong Excel skills; BI/reporting experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical abilities with data-to-insights capability.
Independent, proactive, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
Develop financial reports and perform variance analyses (actuals vs budget/forecast).
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities from financial and operational data.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and tools.
Support the consolidation process and ensure timely and accurate financial information.
