Job summary

Northern Colorado Air, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial New Construction HVAC technicians to help us deliver exceptional service. This role covers a full range from installation to project lead/lead installer, across new commercial builds.

You will install systems, interpret blueprints, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with contractors. In-house mentorship and hands-on training support growth, with a team that values reliability and a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Current CFC Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Clean MVR
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new commercial buildings per specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely and effectively, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate utmost professionalism on job sites; show respect to team members and partners.
• Conduct initial system tests to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Document installation processes and any issues for project managers with detailed reports.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• For job lead and lead installers, maintain excellent levels of communication, mentorship, and assistance to others.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Commercial New Construction HVAC technicians to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. Note that this position encompasses an application pool for all ranges of experience, from installation up through project leads/lead installers.

This position involves installing various types of HVAC systems in new commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial HVAC installations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in new commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of installation projects.

Requirements:
