Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to coordinate commercial moves and projects from booking through completion.

You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating scheduling, staffing, equipment, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality. You will support sales, operations, and warehouse teams, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial moving, logistics, project coordination, or account management.
• Proficiency with scheduling, CRM, or job management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Account & Project Coordination: Manage assigned commercial accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial moves and projects, including scheduling, staffing, equipment, and logistics.
• Ensure job details are accurate, complete, and communicated clearly to operations and dispatch teams.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to ensure successful execution.
