Responsibilities

• Account & Project Coordination: Manage assigned commercial accounts and coordinate all aspects of moves and projects.
• Client Communication & Service: Update clients on schedules, scope changes, and expectations; address questions or issues.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Warehouse to ensure readiness and planning.
• Administrative & Documentation Duties: Maintain accurate records and assist with closeout and billing.
• Process & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
