EVERSANA is seeking a Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) Coordinator to manage end-to-end MLR processes for a dedicated client in the life sciences sector. You will support medical content development, prepare materials for FDA 2253 submissions or country-specific regulatory filings, and ensure all materials are properly reviewed using Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms.

Strong English communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education in Life Sciences or biomedical field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• 2+ years in healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms.
• Strong project and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end MLR process for a dedicated client.
• Schedule, set agenda, and lead Review Committee meetings; document minutes.
• Ensure materials are reviewed through Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms; enforce new policies.
