3R Technology Global is seeking a Commercial Manager for its Riverbank facility in California. The role focuses on building a pipeline of suppliers, securing regular feedstock, and closing high-value deals while coordinating logistics with the Operations team.

You will visit supplier sites, negotiate pricing, and maintain CRM records, reporting market trends to leadership. This is a field-based role with travel across California and potential future expansion to more sites.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B sales, procurement, sourcing, or account management.
• Proven track record of finding new accounts and negotiating deals.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM system.

Aufgaben

• Build and own a pipeline of e-waste suppliers across California: ITAD providers, manufacturers, retailers, recyclers, and commercial/industrial clients.
• Secure regular, high-quality feedstock volumes to keep the Riverbank facility running at capacity.
• Visit supplier sites to assess materials, build relationships, and close deals.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and supply agreements within agreed margin targets.
• Coordinate collection and inbound logistics with the Operations team.
• Track every lead, visit, deal, and supplier record in the CRM.
• Monitor scrap and commodity pricing and report market and volume trends to leadership.
