Job summary

Boxer Property Management Corp in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily general maintenance and repairs across our properties. You will ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently in line with company safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory for cost-effective operations, responding to 24-hour emergency calls on scheduled on-call shifts, and completing grounds work and routine cleanup as directed by the Property Manager and Lead

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Basic computer skills (email, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently per safety policy.
• Maintain inventory for cost-effective operations.
• Be on-call to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled.
• Complete grounds work and general clean-up as directed by Property Manager.
