Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, ACs, boilers and heat pumps.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs and address malfunctions.
• Maintain records of repairs and preventive maintenance using maintenance systems.
• Conduct groundskeeping tasks and maintain property exterior and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with management, tenants, and team members about needs and updates.
