The role requires 3+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, carpentry/plumbing/HVAC skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Must have own vehicle and tools; driving is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a commercial Class A building maintenance technician
• Carpentry, plumbing and/or HVAC skills and knowledge
• Must have own vehicle and basic tools
• Ability to read blueprints

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance tasks and completes service requests under supervision
• Maintains HVAC equipment including boilers and fan room, including filter changes and water treatment
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists and records maintenance procedures
• Assists with project work such as moving, remodeling, and equipment installation
• Responds to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours and supports building operations
