Job summary

Olen Properties in Irvine, CA seeks a Commercial Building (Class A) Maintenance Technician to uphold high-rise operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while coordinating with the Property Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in Class A building maintenance, and hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing and HVAC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training acceptable.
• 3+ years of experience as a commercial Class A building maintenance technician.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete maintenance tasks under supervision of Property Manager or Building Engineer.
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist HVAC maintenance including boilers and fan room operations.
• Check safety systems and report deficiencies.
• Support in moving, remodeling and equipment installation when required.
