Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in State College, PA is hiring a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician. You will perform maintenance in office buildings, conduct preventative tasks, grounds upkeep, and light electrical/plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting while providing customer service.

The role includes rotating on-call with potential bonuses. PMI is an employee-owned company offering benefits like stock ownership, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and advancement

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.

Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.
