PMI in Lancaster, PA is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technicians, manage work orders and turnovers at multiple apartment communities. The role involves travel to sites, supervising staff, and ensuring high service levels as part of an employee-owned company with 55+ years in business.

The position offers a starting rate of $26+ per hour, depending on certifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors, inventory and a great team!
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Schedule and oversee turnover process of vacant apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in Lancaster area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lancaster team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to oversee technicians, assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: $26+ depending on certifications, experience, and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
