Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Altoona community portfolio. The role travels to multiple sites to address work orders, turnovers, and basic maintenance tasks in apartments.

You will join a stable, employee-owned company with benefits including stock, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and on-call duties with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable insured transportation.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in local area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Description

We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate

Depending on experience and position.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
