Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in the Williamsport area. The role involves travel between sites, handling work orders, turnovers, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and resident service.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred.
• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in the Williamsport Area.
• May be eligible for an on call & Snow bonus!

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: Starting at $21 per hour depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
