Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Entering loan requests into the system for underwriting.
• Assist with due diligence on business loans (title work, flood determination, appraisals, UCC lien search, insurance on collateral).
• Review of closed loans to ensure lien perfection and proper imaging.
• Opening of new deposit accounts.
• Onboarding new treasury management products.
• Assist members with treasury management products training.
• Monitor maturing loan reports and gather information for renewals.
• Assist with annual loan reviews.
• Handle member inquiries by phone and email to provide excellent service.
• Research new products for business members.
• Assist branch staff with business deposit, loan, and treasury management issues.
• Other duties to promote the credit union and service members.
