Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of commercial or business banking experience.
• Knowledge of bank products and services ideally in commercial lending.
• Understanding of regulations and timing requirements for BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, and related lending compliance.
• Ability to process work accurately and effectively, multitask in a high-paced environment, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electronic commercial relationship customer files.
• Initiate and manage commercial relationship files in CLP for prospects and applications.
• Prepare and execute account maintenance changes to commercial relationship files including loans and deposits; coordinate deposit account opening and Treasury Management referrals.
• Collect and review loan file components (CIP, Borrowers, Guarantors, OFAC, insurance, UCC, approvals, environmental screens).
• Deepen the commercial relationship by identifying personal banking needs and referring to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management on implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist Relationship Manager with credit approval packages and review term sheets and memos for accuracy.
• Support Commercial Relationship Managers with portfolio management and documentation checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Adhere to corporate policies and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC and lending regulations.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
