Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Full-Time Loan Assistant for our St George branch. You will support loan officers, communicate with customers, and assist in collecting and organizing financials to streamline the loan process.

The role requires basic loan process understanding, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. Standard hours are Monday–Friday with potential for involvement in bank training and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to loan officers and team.
• Communicate with customers and prospects to streamline loan processes.
• Assist in collecting, filing, and organizing customer financials.
• Interact with business owners and professionals in person, by email and phone.
• Support loan production, documentation, and portfolio management activities.
